We had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location of this place is simply breath-taking, as it is situated right in front of a beautiful waterfall. The sound of the water flowing was so soothing and peaceful. The service here is top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless and the shuttle service provided was a great convenience for exploring the area. We also enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were excellent, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a spacious terrace. The dining area and dressing area were also very well-designed and added to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
We highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area.

The meals were delicious, and the location was beautiful. We enjoyed the wide variety of Japanese cuisine available for breakfast and dinner. The hotel's location close to local attractions and the stunning scenery was also a big plus. We really enjoyed exploring the area and taking in the surroundings. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay feel special.
The outdoor garden was not accessible during our Christmas stay. We had hoped to spend time sitting in the garden and enjoying the picturesque views, but instead, we spent most of our time in our room. Additionally, the strict meal times were frustrating, and we missed breakfast on a couple of occasions because we didn't arrive on time. our stay was enjoyable, but these issues did have a negative impact on our experience.

We were mesmerized by the serene location of the hotel nestled by a charming waterfall. the view in front of the waterfall was spectacular, and we enjoyed spending time there. the helpful staff greeted us warmly and assisted us with everything. the hand, written in, room guide impressed us, and we loved the private onsen that was clean and cozy.
The hotel seemed understaffed, and there was only one employee present during late, night hours, which created a bit of inconvenience.
